		Le Superbe (Seats:400) Main restaurant overlooking the pool and lagoon, opens everyday. Features a 30-seat Bob Marlin restaurant reserved for children only. Breakfast : buffet from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Lunch : “A la Carte” from noon to 3 p.m. Dinner : international cuisine and “live cooking” from 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
		L’Horizon (Seats:50) Open 6 days a week. Seafood specialities and “fish market”. Lunch : “A la Carte” from noon p.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner : (on reservation) from 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Table d’hôte menu included in the half-board package or “A la Carte” (with a supplement on the half-board credit). Lobster festival once a week (with supplement)
		La Casa (Seats:80) Romantic Italian restaurant open 6 days a week. Offers panoramic views of Port-Louis. Dinner : on reservation from 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. “A la Carte” and “menu” dining available with a supplement on the half-board meal plan.
