Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is bringing top French Chef Cyril Lignac and his restaurant Ischia to La Brezza. The Italian Trattoria of the legendary Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury will be hosting the famous Chef and Pastry Chef from Aveyron in the south of France for an amazing collaboration. William Girard, Executive Chef of Royal Palm Beachcomber and Cyril Lignac are teaming up to bring their respective expertise to a place that is recognised for its tradition of excellence. A unique experience with two teams coming together as one.

La Dolce Vita under the sun of Mauritius

Ischia Maurice pays tribute to the iconic island of the Gulf of Napoli, an opportunity for everyone to discover a cuisine that is universal, stimulates the senses and above all reflects the identity of its people. This exceptional collaboration will enable Chef Cyril Lignac to offer a contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine, with a delicate Mauritian touch.

Cyril Lignac offers a reinterpretation of traditional Italian dishes such as Pizzette with cooked ham, mushrooms, wasabi and pecorino; Vitello Tonnato with capers and sundried tomatoes; Anolini al limone with sage butter and ricotta; and Piedmont hazelnut ice cream and gianduja sauce. The French Chef has also created some dishes infused with Mauritian flavour, such as: Linguine with lobster; Bourgeois cooked with olive oil and lemon, Victoria pineapple and red peppers; and a Sorbet with local lemon and grapefruit confit.
