Starting this October, join us at our newest dining destination, where you can enjoy Mediterranean delights with a stunning ocean view. This culinary journey promises to be truly exceptional. To mark the opening, acclaimed Lebanese chef Alan Geaam will host a series of exclusive dinners from October 24th to 26th, showcasing a creative mezze menu inspired by Lebanese flavors.
 

Chef Alan Geaam is renowned for his inventive and generous cuisine, which seamlessly fuses French and Lebanese influences. Known for his creativity and welcoming style, he quickly earned his first Michelin star just months after opening his restaurant, thanks to his unique approach that combines French culinary techniques with rich Lebanese flavors.
 

During these 3 evenings, you will indulge in a tempting array of mezze, from classic hummus, tabbouleh, and moussaka to falafel, octopus with pomegranate molasses, and kebbeh. The experience concludes with a trio of delightful Lebanese desserts : baklava, mafroukeh, and mouhalabieh.
 

Upon reservation, non-residents of the hotel can enjoy this culinary experience, service for dinners from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
