Malcolm de Chazal (1902-1981) was a multifaceted genius whose work captivated the Surrealists and continues to inspire wonder today.
This extraordinary exhibition, proudly supported by Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels, features 200 of his works, revealing a world where fairy tale fishes and enchanted birds come to life on canvas.
As a leading figure in Mauritius' hospitality sector since 1952, Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is deeply rooted in Mauritian culture.
For this exhibition, the group is pleased to share several original works by Chazal from its own collection. Another wonderful opportunity to promote the rich cultural heritage of our beautiful island.
