While special kids' prices apply to children up to 12 years old in most Mauritian resorts, at Beachcomber we have extended this age limit to 17. As such, the all-inclusive optional packages as well as the "Full Board Plus Package" are completely free of charge for kids up to 5 years old and available at reduced rates for those up to 17 years old.

For our guests' ultimate comfort, Beachcomber offers an extensive choice of rooms. Kids can thus stay in their parents' room or enjoy their own freedom in connecting bedrooms, as they wish. All the hotels offer a range of suites, apartments or villas perfectly designed for families, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

However, children are likely to spend little time in their rooms. A wide selection of outdoor activities awaits them, from treasure hunts to excursions, beach games and small-line fishing. Under the supervision of our dedicated staff, they will set out to discover the local culture, the wildlife and Mauritian cuisine. The Kids Club will be their favourite place-to-be, where they can have fun and learn new things through a variety of games and creative workshops.
 

Each Kids Club is unique. For instance, at Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury, the Kids Club is set in a plantation-style house with a private splash pool; at Dinarobin Beachcomber, it reflects the typical charm of a Mauritian beach house with a lovely wooden deck on the beachfront; and at Mauricia Beachcomber, it is decorated in the style of a traditional Mauritian classroom.

As for teens, they can indulge in a variety of land and sea activities, such as water-skiing, snorkelling, kayak, tennis and biking. In some Beachcomber resorts, they can enjoy the private setting of the Teens Club to socialise with teens of the same age and participate in fun activities, such as the making of short holiday movies to bring home.

And parents are not forgotten! To experience total freedom and peace of mind during their holidays, they can leave their children with the skilled and caring baby-sitters for the whole day or evening.
