Du 6 au 16 septembre 2017, le Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa accueillera l’un des événements les plus attendus dans le monde des sports nautiques. Le GKA KITESURF STRAPLESS WORLD CUP sera le rendez-vous des champions de la glisse et des amateurs de sensations fortes, venus des quatre coins du monde. Parmi les grands noms de cette discipline, la championne du monde de kitesurf, Gisela Pulido, nous fera l’honneur de sa présence et séjournera au Paradis Beachcomber.
Dix fois championne du monde de kitesurf freestyle et médaillée d’or aux Gravity Games de 2007, la jeune prodige espagnol accumule les récompenses. Sa fascination pour les sports nautiques et son goût du risque la conduisent à se passionner pour le kitesurf dès son plus jeune âge. Elle décroche son premier titre de championne du monde au Kiteboard Pro World Tour à l’âge de dix ans seulement. Inscrite au Livre Guinness des records comme la plus jeune championne de kitesurf, Gisela est probablement la plus jeune athlète à avoir remporté une compétition internationale dans toute l’histoire des sports. Du haut de ses 23 ans, elle compte encore se surpasser pour nous offrir un spectacle de haute voltige.
« Je suis impatiente de me retrouver à Maurice pour participer à cette compétition. J’aurai la chance de séjourner au Paradis Beachcomber, qui s’ouvre sur un des plus beaux lagons de la planète, » nous confie Gisela.
