Dopo un primo periodo trascorso dal 2006 al 2009, Ludovic Gomiero non ha resistito al richiamo di Mauritius ed è tornato in qualità di Executive Chef del leggendario Trou aux Biches Resort & Spa, 5 stelle usso del gruppo Beachcomber Hotels, situato sulla costa nord-ovest dell’isola.

Originario di Tolosa, dopo diversi anni a fianco di chef stellati come Pierre Gagnaire e Michel Bras, Ludovic inizia la sua avventura culinaria internazionale in Marocco, dove fino al 2006 è Executive Chef dell’hotel Amanjena.


Da qui il suo primo passaggio a Mauritius e poi al Cairo dove sviluppa una serie di ambiziosi progetti per i First Arabian Hotels & Resorts.


Rientra quindi a Marrakech prima di lasciarsi nuovamente tentare da Mauritius.
