After winning the prestigious TUI Holly Award 2015 earlier this year, Le Victoria Hotel, a 4-star+ Beachcomber property on the north-west coast of Mauritius, has recently been awarded the TUI Top Quality 2015 hallmark.
Just like the TUI Holly Awards, the TUI Top Quality 2015 distinction is a new quality mark based on the results of a guest survey carried out in the German tourism industry. This recognition is awarded to the most popular hotels, 250 at most, which achieve a satisfaction rating of at least 8.7 out of 10.
“During the last 5 years, I have been monitoring the development of your hotel and I recognized an amazing increase of very satisfied clients especially in the last two years,” says Christian Leonhardy, TUI Group’s Senior Product Manager Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion and Tanzania.
The TUI Service Manager, Sabina Döring, will hand over the TUI Top Quality 2015 Award to the hotel in the coming weeks. Christian Leonhardy will also be in Mauritius in February 2016 for the handing over of the TUI Holly 2015 award.
Half a million guests of the world’s leading travel group decide every year what hotels can count themselves among the crème de la crème of the international holiday hotel trade. For Le Victoria Hotel, this accolade is a guarantee of the highest guest satisfaction. It is an important booking criterion for TUI guests and selling criterion for travel agencies.
This is the third such award in two consecutive years for Beachcomber properties. The TUI Holly Award was also presented to Trou aux Biches Resort & Spa in 2014.
