Lo chef francese Jean-Christophe Basseau dirige egregiamente le cucine del Paradis dal 2009.

La sua lunga carriera lo ha portato in nove diversi paesi attraverso 3 continenti, gli Stati Uniti, l’Africa e l’Europa dove ha avuto il privilegio di lavorare per alcuni degli indirizzi più prestigiosi. La creatività di Jean Christophe ha contribuito all’ideazione di menu eccezionali in resort 5 stelle internazionali.

La precedente esperienza in qualità di Executive Chef all’Oberoi Hotel & Resort in India (5 stelle), a Le Meridien a Bora Bora in Polinesia Francese (5 stelle) e al Ritz Carlton in Florida e alle Hawaii, solo per citarne alcuni, gli ha fornito tutto il know how necessario per poter gestire le cucine dei quattro ristoranti del Paradis, garantendo una straordinaria eccellenza.  

Con una spiccata inclinazione per la cucina fusion, Jean Christophe Basseau, crea piatti gastronomici risultato di un equilibrato mix di sapori provenienti da diversi angoli del mondo.
