Depois de trabalhar em vários estabelecimentos de prestígio em várias partes do mundo, o chef francês, Guillaume Bregeat tomou o leme do Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa no início em 2020.

O novo Chef Executivo do Trou aux Biches Beachcomber nasceu em Poitiers, no centro da França. Após obter seu certificado de formação profissional (BEP-CAP) no Lycée Hôtelier Aliénor de Aquitaine, deixou sua cidade natal no ano 2000 para iniciar sua carreira como chef de tournant no Hotel Turnberry na Escócia.

Praticou as suas competências culinárias em diferentes partes do mundo, incluindo Courchevel, Suíça, Anguilla, Martinica e Bora Bora antes de aterrar nas Maurícias. Guillaume também teve o privilégio de trabalhar durante a sua carreira de mais de 15 anos no restaurante do chef francês Bernard Loiseau com três estrelas Michelin, La Côte d'Or.
