Experience Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard’s Asian flavours

On May 15, 16, and 17, 2025, we will host a unique culinary event at Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury. Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard, renowned for his inventive cuisine that fuses regional traditions with innovation, will join us at Asiya, our Pan-Asian restaurant. For three exclusive evenings, Chef Isnard will collaborate with Executive Chef William Girard and his team to present a gastronomic journey from France to Asia.

Chef Isnard has crafted a bold menu that celebrates the rich flavors of Asia through a refined French lens. The experience begins with his signature amuse-bouche: a modern twist on French onion soup, combining hot and cold textures in a delicate balance that awakens the senses.


The culinary journey continues with a Chinese-inspired starter of scallops infused with coriander, mint, peanuts, and lime, followed by a sophisticated Vietnamese interpretation of foie gras. Main courses include a Babonne laksa with Yuba chips and a beef fillet with corn, black garlic, and a peanut sauce reflecting the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam. The evening concludes with a dessert that beautifully combines green tea, tamarind, and cinnamon, an homage to the art of Thai confections.
