Lo chef mauriziano, Adegeen Chinapiel, è a capo delle cucine de Mauricia Beachcomber dal 2010. Ha iniziato la sua carriera in Beachcomber nel 1998, dimostrando grande entusiasmo e dedizione fin dal suo primo giorno in cucina.

Prima cuoco, molto presto sous-chef e quindi chef. Per arrivare con comprovata esperienza al ruolo attuale di Executive Chef.

Nel corso degli anni, Adegeen Chinapiel ha costantemente arricchito le sue capacità attraverso dei corsi di perfezionamento e la partecipazione a competizioni internazionali. In qualità di responsabile del dinamico team de Mauricia Beachcomber ha ricevuto la medaglia di bronzo alla Black Box Competition, un concorso conosciuto nel mondo del food a livello internazionale.

Questo giovane ed entusiasta Executive Chef è particolarmente affascinato dalla cucina orientale e ispanica e “adora creare nuovi piatti utilizzando prodotti freschi locali”.

L’esperienza di Adegeen Chinapiel a Mauricia Beachcomber unita alla sua passione per la cucina innovativa, assicura ai due ristoranti dell’hotel una selezione di piatti decisamente originali.
