Lo chef francese Guillaume Bregeat, dopo aver lavorato nelle strutture più prestigiose in svariate parti del mondo, a partire da 2020 è divenuto responsabile delle cucine del Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa.

Il Executive Chef del Trou aux Biches Beachcomber nasce nella città di Poitiers, nella Francia centrale. Dopo aver ottenuto il certificato di formazione professionale (BEP-CAP) al Lycée Hôtelier Aliénor d’Aquitaine, nel 2000 lascia la sua città natale ed inizia la sua carriera in quanto Chef tournant in Scozia, al Turnberry Hotel.

Prima del suo arrivo a Mauritius, lo Chef ha avuto modo di esercitare le sue doti culinarie in varie parti del mondo, tra cui Courchevel nelle Alpi Francesi, e ancora Svizzera, Anguilla, Martinica e Bora Bora. Durante i suoi oltre 15 anni di carriera, Guillaume ha anche avuto il privilegio di lavorare a La Côte d'Or, il famoso ristorante gastronomico a tre stelle Michelin dello Chef francese Bernard Loiseau.
