Una lunga carriera negli hotel Beachcomber ha visto lo chef mauriziano, Nived Puresh, scalare piano piano la complessa gerarchia di cucina fino a diventare Executive Chef.

Negli ultimi anni ha guidato i team di Victoria Beachcomber, riuscendo a trasferire alla sua squadra tutta la sua esperienza e passione per la cucina raffinata.

Il talento di Nived non ha tardato a manifestarsi. Lavorando prima al Pullman Hotel, diventato poi Le Mauricia, come cuoco, poco dopo capo-cuoco e quindi sous-chef. Nel 1999 si sposta a Victoria Beachcomber.

Fin da giovane la sua passione per il cibo e la buona cucina lo ha portato a viaggiare in giro per il mondo acquisendo una preziosa esperienza e diverse tecniche che oggi si ritrovano nei tre ristoranti dell’hotel.

Nel corso della sua carriera, Nived Puresh ha partecipato a diverse competizioni ed eventi culinari, tra cui la Black Box Competition, che incoraggia talenti emergenti nel settore del food a diventare una sorta di testimonial delle più sofisticate capacità culinarie di prim’ordine.

L’esperienza di Nived Puresh all’hotel Victoria Beachcombercompleta il suo curriculum internazionale, permettendogli di offrire una costante ricerca creativa nella realizzazione di nuovi piatti attraverso diversi stili di cucina.
