Since 1991, the Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa has welcomed guests to one of the most beautiful natural settings on the island of Mauritius. Created for the resort’s opening in 1991, this iconic cocktail makes its grand return. White rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao and orgeat syrup combine in a refreshing recipe inspired by the colours of the Mauritian lagoon.
Chef Coopen’s crab burger
Served throughout August, this signature burger celebrates the flavours of Mauritius with a delicious combination of crispy crab, avocado, marinated papaya, shellfish sauce and tamarind.
