Big shrimps and grilled scallops

Preparação

  • Descascar o corpo do camarão retirando delicadamente a casca e deixando o corpo com a cabeça ligada.
  • Marinar com sal e pimenta. Deixar no frio durante 20 minutos.
  • Cortar e picar o funcho.Temperar com sal e pimenta.
  • Derreter algumas nozes de manteiga num tacho com um fio de azeite.
  • Cozinhar o funcho rapidamente durante 2 a 3 minutos. E reservar.
  • Temperar a vieira de sal e pimenta, grelhar 1 a 2 minutos, marcando a grelha de ambos os lados.
  • Dispor o funcho no meio do prato. 
  • Colocar finas fatias de marlim fumado diante do funcho.
  • Dispor três folhas de coentro fresco sobre o marlim, bem com odois tomates-cereja cortados ao meio.
  • Dispor alternadamente três pérolas de sabores de morango e manga em frente ao marlim.
  • Colocar sobre o funcho o camarão com a cabela para cima.
  • Passar a vieira por salsa picada apenas de um lado.
  • Colocar a vieira com o lado sem salsa a revelar os quadrados de grelha na parte superior ao lado do funcho.
  • Para terminar, adicionar algumas flores comestíveis no prato como decoração.
