Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • 500gr Chicken thigh
  • 50gr Ginger garlic paste
  • 1pc Lemon juice
  • 200gr Yogurt
  • 5gr Kashmiri chili powder
  • 50ml Mustard oil (optional)
  • 2gr Cardamom powder
  • 2gr Garam masala
  • 10gr Kasoori methi (optional)
  • 5gr Cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Indian Recipe

INSTRUCTION

  • Marinate the chicken with the salt, the lemon juice and the ginger and garlic paste. Keep aside in a refrigerator.
  • Mix together the yogurt and the cheese. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Then add the preparation to the chicken and mix well. Keep aside for 2-3 hours in a refrigerator
  • Place the chicken pieces on a steel stick and cook tin a tandoor during 8-9 minutes.
  • Without tandoor, lay the chicken in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and cook at 200°C for 15 mins.
  • Just after the cooking, apply some melted butter on cooked chicken.
  • Plate in a bowl and top with chopped coriander leaves.
