Pollo Tikka

  • 500g Muslo de pollo
  • 50g Pasta de ajo y jengibre
  • 1 unidad Zumo de limón
  • 200g Yogurt
  • 5g Chile de Kashmiri en polvo
  • 50ml Aceite de mostaza (opcional)
  • 2g Cardamomo en polvo
  • 2g Garam masala
  • 10g Kasoori methi (opcional)
  • 5g Comino en polvo
  • Sal
  • Indian Recipe


  • Marinar el pollo con la sal, el zumo de limón y la pasta de ajo y jengibre. Conservar en el frigorífico.
  • Mezclar el yogur y el queso. Añadir los ingredientes restantes y mezclar bien.
  • Añadir la preparación al pollo y mezclar bien. Guardar en el frigorífico durante 2-3 horas.
  • Colocar los trozos de pollo en un pincho de acero y cocinar en un horno tandoor durante 8-9 minutos.
  • Si no se dispone de un horno tandoor, colocar el pollo en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de aluminio y cocinar a 200° C durante 15 minutos.
  • Una vez cocinado, aplicar un poco de mantequilla derretida sobre el pollo.
  • Emplatar en un bol y añadir hojas picadas de cilantro.
